"The palazzo is a lovely old house in the center of town right off the main square. The secret sauce here is the large, beautiful garden in back and the extremely personalized service. The staff makes every effort to please and assist. The general approach is thoughtful and old school in a nice way. We had a large room facing the street that was comfortable with high ceilings and lots of space. Bernalda, at first, seems like a not particularly lovely little town but it does grow on you. "Torre Fiore Hotel Masseria was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Everything about our stay felt special.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The food was outstanding, beautifully prepared, fresh, and one of the highlights of our stay.
The property itself is stunning. The grounds are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. Every little detail added to the experience and made the hotel feel...
