"The customer service at the front desk was really good, After finding out our T.V. wasn't working, we were switched to another room promptly, The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and could feel the springs, we woke up sore. The breakfast was okay and sufficient"

"We loved everything about this hotel!!! The staff was amazing and so friendly!! The rooms were very spacious and very clean. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Best Western!"

"The property and amenities are average and staff were considerate. The problem was with Expedia and reimbursing us for an early checkout. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to stay the full week. So remember that when you book with this company. Trying to get ahold of someone is near impossible and then they spin you around and put it back on the hotel. The manager at the hotel was considerate and gave us a free night stay for Expedias mess."

"Front desk staff was nice and polite. The room and facility was not as clean as I would have expected for the price. Will not stay there again. I wouldn’t have stayed if it wasn’t 2am when we got there and already paid."

"The breakfast buffet could've had more protein options with less sugar for those of us who need to watch what we eat. All in all the staff in the restaurant and check-in/check-out were great! Very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and updated."

"Probably the best affordable motel I’ve stayed in. Room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was made for tall people! Check in/out was super easy and available late night"

"It is inconvenient to be in the shower and discover that the soap dispenser is empty. The room phone did not work so you had to go to the desk to let them know. We didn't bother since we were only staying one night. I let them know about the deficiencies when we left in the morning. Although it was not too bad, I did not like the idea of having a handicapped...

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. Would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the morning. We had to use the stairs because the elevators were down. They were a little dark and not very clean. Might have been a good idea to have someone check them out before sending guests to use them."

"The stay was nice! They need to work on the cleaning but other than that it was nice."

"Staff was very nice. Room actually had a semblance of elegance. For a highway hotel, perfectly good."
