"Was told had a first floor room. Nope, 3rd floor, went to ice machine pushed button no ice was un plugged,had to go down to 2nd floor. Wanted to use hot tub couldnt hand written sign no children un to allowed in it closed"

I was very excited to use the indoor pool but they did not have any heat on and the pool was freezing but we did love that they had a pool table, coffee allll night, and complementary breakfast. Overall it was a very good rest stop style hotel. "

"Not even soap in the bathroom (or kitchen area) for your hands...like everyone brings that along...no hand towels either, only bath towels and wash rags."
