"Great food, breakfast is fabulous lots of choice and actually the hot breakfast was hot which was great compared to other hotels, lovely helpful staff, huge suite, just needs brightening with some colour and touches here and there. Air con needs checking as wasn’t that cold and I am a hot person so really wanted it to be better. Shame there is no jacuzzi in the pool area and the pool is shallow both ends but I did have a lovely massage with Brenda. Overall lovely stay definitely stay again."

"Place was good however unable to watch stuff like Netflix as you cant connect your device to the TV wirelessly but overall good"

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The evening meal was excellent, in a spacious and well designed area. The location was a good one for the Cotswolds"

"Great hotel Clean Room / Great Breakfast / Amazing Staff / Plenty off parking / Great food in the restaurant"

This is completely unacceptable and falls well below the basic hygiene standards expected of a hotel. I was also very unhappy about the parking charges. I stayed at the hotel for less than 12 hours but was charged £10 for 24 hours of parking. This is unreasonable, particularly as I was an overnight guest at the hotel. Guests who are paying to...
