"This property is not tourist friendly. They speak very little English and they are not helpful. Also, during check in, they gave me no clear directions to where my room was and gave me key cards that don’t work. When asking the towel ppl to call for a shuttle, they did not understand what I was saying resulting in me walking around to find someone to help, especially after traveling for so long. I was pissed."

"The food was absolutely delicious and excellent for all inclusive. The Elite Club Suite room we book looked great except that the room was dirty first day we walked in. There was hair on the floor, the counters weren't wiped down. You have to open the screen door towards the porch just to let some of the humidity out during showers, otherwise the smoke alarm will go off. "There was a roach in the middle of the lobby bar. We originally booked the place and at the last minute they told us the palace was closed so they moved us to Antillas. The restaurants were always full and at capacity so had to eat the buffet every night."

"A nine hole round of golf was included in the all-inclusive package, but there are specific times on specific days that you can utilize this free benefit. You still need to pay for your golf clubs. The food was delicious. The staff were amazing. Some items are not included in the all-inclusive package, but staff usually let you know that ahead of time so you still have the option to stay within the package or not. Take money for tips."

"Beautiful resort. I have no complaints. Family friendly and there’s a bunch of excursions offered complimentary by the resort as well as for a tiny fee on the beach. Mercat’s breakfast was amazing as well. The rooms were very clean and there’s staff was very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar weren’t too watered down, they were the right mix (but that’s preference). I recommend!!"

Our only issue was with Passions on the Beach. The service was slow and the staff never write anything down which causes issues. Lunch is ok but the food is over priced for the quality. I would love to see an overhaul of the staff training when it come to food safety. We saw some very obvious violations. More customer service training for...
