I had problem with the hot water had to run the water almost 20mins to get lukewarm temperature called the technician twice but still same problem.
Staff were helpful specially at the front desk. One thing that annoyed me, constantly the cleaning crew were every where, mopping and sweeping the lobby and breakfast area while...

"The junior suite was beautiful but once we stepped on to the balcony hoping to see city view as described in the website photo and info, there was this huge under construction building next to it. This info should be updated on the web"

"Let me start by saying the room was clean and the people working there were all very pleasant and helpful.
However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed.
The walls were very thin, that if you room next door made a sound you would here it, and when taking a shower the sound of the water reverberate on that section of the floor.
The room was plenty big.
Breakfast was good!
It's well located...
