"The room that was given to us was nothing like what was advertised in the app. Room was VERY old, did nit even have enough outlets for phone chargers, I had to put my phone on charge in the bathroom. Reception staff could not even organise a taxi. Laundry were held at the reception until I had to go down and pay for it. Even thought my card details were at the reception and bond was in place. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports.
