"Let me start by saying the room was clean and the people working there were all very pleasant and helpful. However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed. The hotel is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Yerevan, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities needed for a relaxing visit. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety of fresh and delicious options, and the wellness facilities, including the pool and spa, were an added bonus. Ani Grand Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan and look forward to staying here again on our next trip.
