"Everything was good except there were no water bottles in the room at all, I believe that is a must if they can put coffee, water is basic amenity. Also, small things such as tissue boxes and toiletries were not provided. Basic amenities should be provided based on what was charged for a night."

"This hotel is in a good location to do some sightseeing etc. The rooms were nice and big. The Front desk staff had one excellent employee that was very helpful. We tried to get her each time as the other person was quite abrupt and rude to the customers. The two bell hops were very friendly, spoke English and were helpful. We didn't have an inner court room which would have been nice. The next time we will request that type of room."

"No recommended place to stay. They use a house key for your door lock and there must be a lot of duplicates around. At 1:00 am someone opened my door. The chain kept them from getting in. Oh sorry was the comment and they took off. When I asked the hotel to look into it they heed and hawed and effectively said its happened before. So there is no security when you are sleeping. Other issues. Hair ball in bathtub, brown ring on sink, No toilet holder for the role. The overall impression is they...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We did not speak French and I believe they went above and beyond providing help to us. The hotel was extremely clean. My favorite thing about the hotel has the wonderful view of the Port de Quebec outside our window. Many things were within walking distance of the hotel. Our cruise ship was within walking distance. The day we arrived there was an old automobile show just across the street. I would definitely book this hotel again."

"L'hôtel est très bien situé, près de l'autoroute Henri IV. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres malgré un look un peu douteux. Le savon et shampooing fourni ne sont pas très efficace, j'étais bien content d'en avoir apporté au cas où. En général j'ai été satisfait de l'endroit."
