There is no elevator, but since the building is only up to the third floor, it was not an issue for us.
Check-in was easy, and although there is no front desk staff, the instructions were clear. We had a small issue with the room door at first, but the cleaning staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel responded very quickly.
The shower room is small, but overall we had a pleasant stay and felt well supported.
I really like the fact that staff contacted me several times with all the necessary information that I needed to check in and feel comfortable with my stay.

Yes. Great historical hotel in the heart of Old Quebec. Parking close by. Walking distance to all the sites
Cute little boutique hotel. Room was tiny, but very nice.Perfect for a couple nights away. Walkable to lots of dining and scenic views. Steps from Chateau Frontenac and The Citadel. Parking was only a couple blocks away. Safe and convenient area. Would definitely stay again.
We took the bus, Hop On Hop Off, and we're very happy to see all of the sites. The restaurants close to our hotel we're excellent and so are the shops. Everything we saw was wonderful and all the people were very friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better trip.

The room and bathroom is small but has everything you need except for a mini fridge.
The location is amazing and having a balcony was a plus. However we also found a big mold on the bathroom which is quite uncomfortable to see.
Hello, we stayed 3 nights November27-30 in Château de Pierre.
Amazing location ,everything was walking distance.Room was warm and cozy ,The bathroom was small but clean and functional.
- I would say the room needs a mirror so we can see ourselves dressed.
- It will be great the room to have a small fridge with 2 small bottles water.
- a small security box is must ,we have to care our passports everyday and everywhere we go .
Definitely i would recommend Château de Pierre.❤️
Wonderful boutique hotel. Close everything in the upper city. The manager was very patient and helpful since I don’t speak French.
I would highly recommend this hotel
Quaint place, on a quiet street in an excellent location.
Only thing missing is a small bar fridge to keep personal drinks cold as there’s no restaurant here or ice bucket etc.
Perfect location and amazing view, very private and convenient.

The location of the property was very walkable to the downtown area of Old Quebec. Lots to see and do. Great places to eat. Parking is a couple blocks away. You are also a little over a block away from viewing the water. The hotel keyless entry was great. The lobby had a musty odor and the carpet was wornout with big black marks. The room itself was nice. The carpet looked old and worn out. The bathroom toliet was an issue as it would not always flush so you would have to hold the handle and go back to flush again. The communication with the hotel was done all via text with quick reaponses. Over all it was a good stay.

Comfortable bed, nice shower and clean room. Not an updated property, but that wasn't expected. Quiet location near the park.
