"Hotel idéal pour les familles. All inclusive vraiment top. Des buffets divers . C'est pas gastro mais il y en a pour tous les goûts. Cocktail avec et sans alcool. Le parc aquatique est géant et très sécurisé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec notre petit fils. Il a trouvé que c'était ses meilleures vacances. Vraiment je conseille. "I've been agadir serval times. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. Theirs no iron, moved rooms 3 times due to their being an air conditioning fault. Iron service is a joke. Promised me it will be done in 30 minutes and it was dropped off to me after 6 hours. The clothes were more straightened once they left from the washing machine then when the staff ironed it. While leaving the hotel it took the staff 45 mins to give us our luggage which lead to us nearly missing our flight. The key cards...

"On it's own away from the outside area, this is an excellent property. The beach can be accessed by others but that is not an issue and the beach traders are not intrusive. Shopping, dining, leasure and activities all catered for on site but trips out can also be organised from within the complex. But the the thing that makes this place are the staff, from the gardening team to head chef, each and every one was courteous, helpful and happy. Well done staff you make this place."

The lower staff members are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the upper management was unresponsive to customer needs, which was disappointing. "Property is a hidden gem. Originally when I booked, this was adult only however it changed to family right before i arrived. I didnt like that but i will say it was big enough that the kids who were there weren’t a nuisance. Staff exceptional! Thanks to them all!!"
