"There's this popular saying "dont judge the book by it's cover" that's exactly what my husband and I experienced. We almost backed out when we saw the gate. It was scary a bit, but as we proceeded 2 mins further from the gate to the main lodge we were so relieved. It has that sense of welcoming peaceful atmosphere. Beautiful, clean and spacious room for such an affordable cost. The staffs have been so helpful checking us in early. The early morning breakfast was so readily available to us prior to 7am. And the front desk guy went beyond helping us in connecting with our tour guide so we got picked up on time. Will definitely stay at Adolfo's again after our Machu Pichu hike. Thank you"

"Hotel Cusco La Paccha, was truly one of the best hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. It was absolutely worth every penny, and our experience here is one of the reasons we already plan to return next year. The staff was top notch, kind, professional, attentive, and extremely helpful. What impressed me the most was how they helped us when my dad unexpectedly needed medical attention. The hotel staff was able to arrange for a doctor to come directly to the hotel to evaluate him. He needed oxygen and medication, and they helped coordinate everything for us. Of course, the medical services were an additional cost, but we found the cost incredibly affordable, especially considering the level of care and convenience provided. As a family traveling away from home, having that kind of support meant so much to us. They also offer luggage storage, which was extremely helpful while we traveled to other towns before returning to Cusco. The hotel was very clean, the location was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. For my family and me, our experience was simply amazing. I highly recommend Hotel Cusco La Paccha, and we will definitely be returning next year. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness, hospitality, and for helping make our trip to Cusco so memorable. ❤️"

"Very central hotel, close to main square. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Had a meal in the restaurant one evening which was fine. Shower hot, bed comfortable. Highly recommend"

"Only stayed for 2 nights before our Salkantay trek. The rooms were quite small. We had reserved a room with 2 double beds to have extra space but got a room with only 1 double bed. It was great location and convenient to get to everywhere we wanted to go to in Cusco. Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the room but there is a small grocery store close by. Breakfast wasn’t great but we went both times a half hour before it ended so maybe it was better earlier on. When we left at 4:30am on the morning of our tour the hallway lights were off and we could barely find over way to the stairs/elevator. For a place were most tours are picking people up in the early mornings, they should have some sort of lighting in the hallways."
