" I had a very disappointing and bad experience with this self check-in hotel. The room, curtains, and floors were dusty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. The heater was not working, leaving us feeling cold throughout the night. Despite this, the staff insisted it should work depending on the outside temperature, even after we followed their instructions and set it to the maximum. Basic facilities and necessities were not adequately provided. When we requested extra towels, our request was declined with multiple excuses. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortably small."
