Overall, our stay as a family was good. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel as we were out exploring Switzerland during our short visit. The hotel was very clean, and our room was cleaned daily before we returned. The location was a bit far from Zurich, but the public transportation system there is one of the best I’ve ever experienced, so getting around was easy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Great place to stay at. A bit for from the city of Zurich but the bus station is right in front of the hotel so it is easy to commute. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A special thank you to the receptionist who helped us figure out our broken luggage, and the staff member who was always greeting us for breakfast in the morning.

We had a very pleasant stay and experienced great service throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Everything worked as expected, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The only downside for us was the beds. They were unfortunately too hard, which affected the comfort a bit. With better mattresses, this would have been close to perfect. Still, it's a lovely place to stay, and we would be happy to come back!

Comfortable and convenient staying

Good value for money. Even though it is a bit far from city center you can still reach it in less than half an hour as you have easy access to public transportation. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

We chose this hotel because it had a swimming pool and my daughter loves to swim. It said in the description that it is for kids 16 year and older but it was a family friendly hotel because there is access to indoor pool lol no story shot there is no swimming pool. When I spoke with the manager and showed her a copy of the description she blamed Expedia. Not once she offered any time of compensation Also we had to beg for room service and to get clean towels and coffee cups The only thing we enjoyed was the breakfast. Staff there were great and food was great as well This is definitely not a two star hotel. We will not go again

Zurich is a great city and the public transportation around the hotel is great. Though, the services are limited, not even the coffee was refilled. The property itself could use a touch up. It looks very outdated.

This hotel is very nice but they charge for a lot of amenities that are normally included and it’s not a minor amount. Parking was $20 per day per vehicle and this hotel isn’t even in the city center where that’s normally expected. The gym costs $30 per day per guest. The laundry service is laughably expensive. The staff was very polite and helpful and there is a bus stop right on the corner that will take you to the train. It’s very easy to get around. They also have a restaurant but to be honest if I’m paying the prices they’re charging I’m not eating at a hotel restaurant. Overall we had a positive experience there and would stay there again.
