Staff were excellent and very friendly, really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Only two minor negatives to speak of: - The shower was old-fashioned and very weak - tea and coffee in the room was only replenished once in the entire week we were there. Overall we had an excellent stay, great location right by the lake (had a balcony with a lake view), would happily recommend this hotel.

We stayed as a family of 3 with a baby Breakfast options were excellent. Great balcony view overlooking Lake Garda, very clean and friendly staff. Great location. Amazing view from balcony. Reception staff, dining staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping superb standard- bed was really comfy! Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. Only issue was how thin the walls were. You could hear your neighbours conversations and even them using the bathroom.
