All staff were wonderful. Friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast was lovely. The whole accommodation was very clean and tidy throughout. Walls are a bit thin! Could hear people speaking in the room next door. Location is great, close to public transport and walking distance to the lake/shops/restaurants. Lovely hotel.

Friendly service. The receptionist / bar keeper was welcoming and went out of his way to show us our room and the breakfast room. He also recommended local restuarants to try. We wanted to try Grappa when we returned after our meal and he explained the different types and recommended one based on taste in wine. On departure, the owner was on reception and explained the Ferrari theme in the bar and breakfast room. I would definitely use this hotel again. Location is ideal - about 10 minutes from the railway station and a quiet location about 3 minutes from the ferry terminal and harbour.

It was a good hotel convenient for Lake Garda and the Stadio Tre Stelle. The only issue I had was the most convenient power socket in my room didn't work. Once I realised that and pointed it out the staff arranged for an electrician to fix it - unfortunately too late for my trip but the other socket worked so I was able to charge my phone and download my boarding pass for my flight home.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent one-week stay at your hotel. There were several aspects of my experience that I appreciated, but also a significant issue that affected the quality of my stay. Positive Points: The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient The breakfast service was of high quality and enjoyable Area of Concern: Unfortunately, I experienced a serious issue with the acoustic isolation in my room. There is a connecting door between my room and the adjacent one, which resulted in me being able to hear all conversations, television sounds, and other noise from the neighboring guests. Despite using ear plugs, the noise level significantly disrupted my sleep throughout my stay. I reported this issue to the front desk staff on multiple occasions during my stay, but unfortunately, no effective solution was provided. It's disappointing that a hotel with so much potential to be an excellent choice has this fundamental issue affecting guest comfort. I believe addressing this acoustic problem would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful as you continue to improve your services.

Staff at this hotel is incredibly rude. Bad even by Italian standards. They don’t answer WhatsApp or phone. They take days to respond to emails. They are rude to people with special needs and say nasty things in Italian assuming British people don’t understand. It’s disgraceful

My negative feedback about this hotel relates to the ignorance and rudeness of reception staff. I rang the hotel looking for my husband and staff were incredibly rude, claiming they couldn’t find him as a guest. Then the receptionist was necessarily rude to my autistic son because he didn’t say hello to him. It’s unbelievable that they allow staff like that. I would never stay there again
