"We had a very nice stay, the location is very close to the old Quebec City, we could park the car in the hotel’s parking and walk to there. The heated pool was very fun. The room and pool were very clean. The staff were very nice and friendly."

"Amazing location. Room design was lovely. Clean room, though housekeeping didn’t change out used glasses or towels. No staff at the front desk when we arrived. We waited almost ten minutes, then resorted to calling the hotel directly to ask for someone to check us in. Some issues with the bathroom. The shower wall that is shared with the living room is glass. Very awkward.There is music from the restaurant underneath, which went until late evening. Not under the control of the hotel, but a consideration if you go to bed early. Decent experience. "

"La réception nous a remis un mauvais numéro de chambre pour laquelle, comme de raison, la clé ne fonctionnait pas. Ma fille, qui porte le même nom de famille et qui occupait une chambre adjacente a offert de passer à la réception chercher la bonne clé pour moi. Le personnel a carrément refusé de lui remettre citant les règlements de l’hôtel ce qui est compréhensible sauf que ça ne s’est pas fait de façon courtoise malgré que c’était l’erreur de la réception de nous avoir assigné la mauvaise chambre. Pressés de respecter une réservation dans un restaurant du voisinage et à cause des travaux routiers dans le voisinage nous avons finalement passé à la réception en fin de soirée. La chambre était très bien et le déjeuner au restaurant le lendemain aussi mais, pour notre prochain séjour à Québec, ce sera ailleurs!"

"Hotel is located a very convenient location and everything was within a walking distance. Parking is available at a nearby location for $25 a day, but because of its location we didn’t have to use our car at all."

"It was very easy to check in - we parked underground and they gave us a ticket that allowed us in and out privileges- we didnt need it tho cause everything was within walking distance- we thought it would be noisy facing the pool but with the patio door closed its very quiet. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant Beffroi and it was amazing! The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Totally recommend we will definitely be back."
