"Perfect location for us between the French Quarter and the universities. Traveled for admissions tour at Tulane/Loyola and found the hotel charming, immediately across from the streetcar ($7 for three of us to ride all day) with dining options across the street in a quiet and calm neighborhood. Spacious comfortable room and very friendly and helpful staff."

"Room and facilities were in good condition and clean, location was nice and walkable to french quarter and lots of entertainment and dining. I booked two rooms and one of the rooms air conditioning didnt work after the first night but with weather being in the 70s the room was bearable. The biggest upset was the hotel allowed 100+ teenagers on same level and at 2AM when calling down to front desk to ask them to calm down and stop slamming doors-- or even call their parents😅-- we got told, cant do that and the staff called the police, while waiting for the police to arrive the hotel staff informed these teenagers that it was the room next door who "complained", to where this maybe 17 year old boy proceeded to threaten to "beat my ass" and attempting to shove a credit card into the latch of the door to open it. Called down to the front desk numerous times without any assistance offered. "
