"Absolutely loved our room. We had a "suite" and a private balcony! Too bad we only got to stay 2 days. Would definitely stay there again and in the same room. Breakfast was good with a good variety of items, hot and cold. Hotel well located to Riverwalk, cruise port and French Quarter. Local public transportation nearby and inexpensive."

"The Property Manager Allen really took care of all of our issues once he was made aware of the situation with his staff that checked us in. We would definitely be going back to this hotel again. It is central located in New Orleans and we were very happy with the accommodations."

"Parking lot/self pay parking was the only plus. The room was dated, not cleaned, and not the room I originally booked. I understand rooms are not guaranteed due to not receiving a room with a bath tub. The half shower door sprayed water everywhere, resulting in soaking the floor which is a safety hazard. I brought it up to management and was advised to put a towel down, as if I had not done that already, and was questioned “why I’d want to take a bath in a hotel room” when the topic of room availability was brought up. Our entrance/security room door lock was broken upon arrival, but maintenance did fix this in a timely manner. The discount to the restaurant attached to the hotel is misleading and ultimately ended up being no use to us even though we dined there with the expectation of a discount. Location of this hotel is convenient but as a Louisiana native and frequent visitor of New Orleans, it was disappointing."

"The beautiful lady at the front desk was sweet, kind and informative. The room was clean and spacious. We really loved the court yard. Would definetly stay here again."

"Clean rooms. A bit small but quiet. Shower was good. Onsite steakhouse but did not eat there. Overnight parking is outrageous at $50 a night. About a 20mon walk to the French Quarters. Staff was adequate but not welcoming for a hotel of this caliber. "
