We really enjoyed the hotel’s location! It was conveniently close to the French Quarter, Canal Street, the casino, and plenty of great restaurants. However, the hotel itself felt a bit dated, and the parking lot was extremely tight with limited spaces for the number of guests the hotel accommodates. Overall, the location was definitely the highlight of our stay.

The location of the property was great for my event at Smoothie King. I appreciated the cleaniness of the property The only issue was that I wasn't able to park at the property, due to them being sold out, but they should have had enough parking for their guests.

The hotel lobby is beautiful, I wish the rooms matched! A/C was great, beds and pillow were comfortable. Rooms are very outdated. No fan in bathroom so the door was warped and the bottom was full of mildew and breaking, it was hard/impossible to close. Door to room was the same way, bottom was falling apart and full of mildew and the bolt would not work. We lasted 2.5 days and checked out early. They manager was kind enough to credit us for the remainder of our stay.

Parking is in a garage and you MUST check-in first before you can park or the gate won't open. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice and conveniently located within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. Some of the staff were very helpful and accommodating, while others were minimally responsive. Unfortunately, there were a few housekeeping and maintenance issues during my stay. I was disappointed to find a used washcloth under the sink when I arrived in my room. Housekeeping also had to be requested before 8 a.m. in order for the room to be cleaned, and getting the sink to drain consistently was a frustrating experience. Overall, the location was great, but the housekeeping and maintenance issues took away from what could have been a much better stay.
