My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The check-in staff was wonderful, the chef made amazing breakfasts, and the place was clean and quiet. We had to leave earlier and missed breakfast to head to the airport and they sent us home with muffins. As we were loading up to leave, my wife said "We are staying here next time" and i agree. We definitely recommend staying here.

Very much loved my stay here. The historical building is even more beautiful inside, everyone was friendly and open, and the included breakfast was delicious. Room was also spacious, quiet, and omg, the huge tub! Can't wait to return.

The historic building was very cool! Some minor cosmetic things liked chipped paint, but you can tell the building is cared for. All the staff was amazing. Very limited parking so be prepared to potentially walk a bit to the building.

Not only was the room impeccable, this gem has amazing customer service. They reached out before my stay to familiarize me with the Inn and to help with late arrival. The chef was outstanding! They provide a sweet and savory choice each morning - and both were otherworldly delicious. The rooms are spacious and parking was very easy - in front of the building. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice historic property but small with limited services. No heat in bathroom that I could see, was cold in the morning and it is only October. Reasonably good location, but parking lot is 1 block away and not lit, very dark, did not want to leave my car there.

Our 2nd time celebrating a birthday here. We are locals; love a staycation at the Patterson. The beds are hans down the best! The staf is so helpful and nice. Cant wait to come back!

This olace was very nice, clean. The rooms where very clean and comfortable, beds had best comforter and pillows. We had a great time and we will be back. Restaurants where close and very good. Love the set up of this place.

Fantastic property! We stayed at the Da Vinci Room. So much history here - and pretty central to driving/ubering throughout Denver! Would certainly stay at again!

Great place in Capitol Hill
Amazing property, great staff, super location. We loved the personal attention from the staff, from the owner who greeted us on our late arrival, to the gent who made breakfast, to the mixologist in the speakeasy-feel bar. Our room, the "Library", was themed like the Clue board game. We enjoyed the easter-egg hunt finding the rope, revolver, knife, wrench, etc., scattered around, and that the books over the headboard were cleverly arranged by color corresponding to those of the game characters. We're only sorry we didn't stay longer.

The room was excellent but it is the staff that really makes the Patterson stand out. They were superb, helping answer questions, cooking delicious breakfasts, and even making cocktails in the lower level bar.

Vintage & Comfy
It's a renovated historical building, so some of that vintage charm exists. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. House chef-made breakfast is included, which was nice and convenient. The bed is super comfortable. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling to Denver, especially if you love historic neighborhoods and their architecture.

The Patterson Inn was a lovely place for us to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Chris was fun to talk with, and his staff warm and friendly. The room was absolutely unique and beautiful (we stayed in the Da Vinci room). We really enjoyed the little bar downstairs, the delicious breakfasts, and people watching from our private patio. The atmosphere was very relaxing and memorable; a lovely place for a special time.
