Thank You front desk for assisting us getting checked in a few minutes early. A special thank you to Peaches in housekeeping for making sure our room was ready when we arrived. Minus the lady bugs(which is beyond control) this hotel is my go to each time I’m in Douglas.

Friendly staff and clean! Definitely can smell that this is a pet friendly hotel though. TV screen was bad with a blue cast and couldn’t seem to get the room cool enough, so it was muggy with a slight dog smell. Was fine for one night.
