"While the accommodation is a little older in places, the hotel is exceptional in terms of customer service, facilities and value for money. It was perfect for a family of five and could comfortably have accommodated an extra person in our room. "Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. "Loved our experience here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Paid extra for breakfast and it was really good breakfast served daily with option of having it served in room or to have it on the rooftop. Villa looked exactly like the photos. Would definitely stay here again. And very quiet, not much noise during night which was also very good. Very pleasant experience. Daily house keeping. Loved the vibes here.
