The apartment was very good, clean and was ideal for a week or two. I have to say that the service office was very good. I had left a ring behind in the apartment and they took the trouble to find the ring and post back to me.
this company accepted and confirmed our booking through expedia however we were not sent an address or check in information, no one answered the phone the entire day we called. when we arrived there is no check in office on site. thankfully after 2 hours we found a neighbour who told us to go to a near by bar to get our keys. after we finally found the keys next to the closed office (not on site but around the corner--no indication of where this is when you arrive) we checked in to our dirty and uncomfortable apartment. the following day we found the office which was finally open and told the staff what we went through the day before trying to find how to check in and not being able to contact anyone. they did not care at all. the staff was so rude and unapologetic. the worst staff in a hotel/apartment I have ever encountered in my travels across the world. awful. we left as soon as possible and cut the stay short.
Pros: absolutely nothing.

Apartamento muy chulo, bien comunicado y muy cerca de la playa
Nos ofrecieron otro establecimiento del mismo Serviden, ya que donde habiamos reservado no habia mas lugar. El dpto era espacioso, pero la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. La vajilla que utilizamos debimos lavarla antes de usar. El mismo estaba bien ubicado, muy cerca de la playa. Falta tostadora, pava electrica y un aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.
