"The heater/air conditioner was very loud. There was no hot water. They put a bunch of wrestlers on the 4th floor. We were on the 3rd floor. It was so noisy. I was talking to the girl at the front desk. She kept saying i just got here. She did not handle the complaint properly. "

"The location was good near 94. The staff was friendly. The shower was not very warm. The west parking lot could be picked up. There was some trash on the ground."

"We found a dead cockroach in our room, the water from multiple faucets came out brown to start, our towels had black spots on them, and the kitchen was missing a front to one of the drawers. Staff was friendly but the walls were so thin we were very disrupted by our neighbor. We stayed with a pet which put us into a hallway that smelled awful and obviously hadn’t been mopped recently. Beds were comfortable enough but I would unfortunately not recommend it here. "
