Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Terrible little hovel.

Big problems with this place. It should not be rated a 2-star hotel. Maybe a 1-star? 1. We had booked a non-smoking suite. It was reeking of smoke from previous occupants. In fact we had to clean cigarette butts from under couches that the staff missed. 2. It was supposed to be cash-only. But unless one reads the fine-print, one would not know. And they do not accept international credit cards. Nasty surprise if you travelled internationally. 3. No room heating. It gets pretty cold in Noida in the winters. You need to use warm clothes in bed. 4. No roll away beds. Only mattresses on floors. 5. Stained bed linen and towels.
