Surprisedly top of the Rental cost I already paid, and the clerk request me to pay $35.00 for tax, this is kind like rap off. The check in staff on May 25 around 730 pm did a good job but I cannot say the same for the front desk lady the next day around 930am. "Every transaction with a staff member is a massive issue - they are very negative, suspicious, and "not my job". It took 45 minutes to check in - and I had to do the entire process again the second day. Staff are very entitled and poorly trained; every transaction involved 3 or 4 people. The room was good, clean, food from room service was above average - although I had to wait 5 minutes to confirm I was charging it to my room."
