"When I got there . I was very upset that they didnt take certain cards. So I had to use their atm withdrawal the money. And came with fees and can only withdrawal $200 at a time. Since I booked for 2 nights it was close to $600 plus the 12$ plus deposit on the room. 672$ almost 100$ more than I was expecting to spend. When I got to my room . It wasn't the room I booked online. Carpet had holes and they left dirty towels in the room , tv wasn't working. I had to use my internet on my phone to work the TV. I will not book again"

"When we arrived check in was great we left to go get dinner around 1030 and when we came back we had to circle the parking lot for 30 minutes after paying to be able to park there and called and had someone come out to help us find somewhere to park and they were having us parallel park where you would typically get towed. Wound up parking in a walk way. By this point our food had gotten cold and the room had no microwave."

"Everything thing was great, but the breakfast was horrible, it was cold, dry, hard, and the wait time was ridiculous. We waited 2 hours for it, and we did not even get one of our juices. There was only one staff member working breakfast, and it was hard for her."

"It truly doesn't look like much on the outside, but all the salt off the ocean is the reason for that. But the inside of the rooms are pretty nice. Very clean. Have a fridge and microwave. No coffee pot tho, so that was a bummer. But the view of the ocean is beautiful. You're literally just steps away from it. Very nice and helpful owners and staff."

"I never completed my stay because the property SOLD my room! I was skeptical as to whether I would stay here, but took the chance and booked a “Pay at the Property” room. I contacted them at 5pm telling them that I’d arrive around 30min. I was told that they tried to charge my card, but it was denied, and they tried to contact me, but no answer. I booked through Expedia, so I know this was not true because they DO NOT have that information to do so! It was also confirmed by a hotel representative when I called back AGAIN to inquire if my room had truly been canceled. There were no other rooms available in the area due to a basketball, which I was there to coach. I also made it a point to tell my organization to NEVER use this hotel for ANY future stays! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!"
