"I have stayed at The White Horse before so it was a joy to return. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, and they remembered me from last year and the year before. The food is superb. I always order rack of ribs, which is a particular favourite of mine and it is always tender. I can thoroughly recommend this establishment. 5 stars all round"

Instead, I was sent a generic reminder to bring ID, which I did (including my passport), yet no ID was even checked on arrival.
