The accommodation was very clean and our room was well equipped with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. We enjoyed sitting in the pretty garden. We will definitely visit again!"

"Check-in was quick and simple. Clean and spacious room with a good walk-in shower. However, the TV kept losing its signal which was rather annoying. Breakfast is a hot and cold self-serve buffet. The evening menu has a good variety of choices. On-site parking is limited and was full by about 16:00 on the two nights we stayed."

This place was so rejuvenating and I didn’t even get a chance to try their spa. Their attention to every little detail was awesome. I strongly urge anyone going to Ipswich to stay at this hotel. "Great as always… Lovely staff, easy parking and check in. Restaurants within walking area but their restaurant/bar is perfect… 30second walk from the hotel. Quiet and safe as you have to tap the card twice at the front and then room. I really like this hotel and will be staying many more times over the summer. Thank you"

"Large clean room with king size bed and seating area with TV, tea making facilities with fridge and large en suite. The room overlooks farmland. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked and the hosts were full of interesting information about the surrounding area."

"Good location, huge carpark, comfy bed , very quiet rooms, and really good friendly helpful staff. Only downside in the room was the shower which was very weak. Breakfast wasnt great, £14 each for a buffet but the quality wasn't great but it's hard when you're massive catering like that I suppose. Overall a nice comfortable stay and we would use it again."

"I paid for a room with a window the window does not open. Was so hot no air on. The room was not clean stains on the bedding the floor was covered in dust and human hair. You go into the bathroom there was a huge nail sticking out on the floor. Booked 2 people only got 1 towel? The staff behind desk was nice. But will never go back."

"The bedroom we had was gorgeous. Lovely setting and comfy bed, the bathroom was gorgeous. The spa was also lovely, outdoor sauna and seating area was great to relax. The only point that let it down were stains on the furniture in both the bedroom and the spa. Could just do with a quick steam clean and they’d be gone."
