"We stayed in The Brewer room, which had part of an actual original brewery—such a unique and fun touch! The hotel is in an amazing part of Amsterdam, full of charm and character. We had to leave before breakfast, so the staff went above and beyond by packing us a delicious breakfast to-go and delivering it to our room the night before. Their thoughtfulness really made our stay extra special. Out of our entire Amsterdam/Paris vacation, this was by far our favorite place to stay!"
"Great option to pick if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle and touristy areas of central Amsterdam. Rooms are impeccably clean, and the design/ layout is fabulous. The free bike rental option they offer is great to get downtown without the use of taxis and/or walking and will appease any thoughts you might have about the hotel being set so far away. "We stayed in a 1 bedroom canal view space. Very comfortable and good space to spread out after a long day of exploring the city. There's no a/c, which we knew prior to our stay. Thankfully there was a fan provided which made a world of difference in the comfort level. Be sure to use it in the summer! The kitchen could have used a few more supplies such as mixing bowls, measuring spoons/cups, and a spatula but we were able to manage with what was provided.
