"I bought the hotel as part of a package with flights, and it was €300 cheaper than booking separately. Only afterward did I start reading reviews on other websites, and they were quite negative. But when I arrived, the reception staff were very polite and always ready to help. The breakfasts include champagne, salmon, various types of cheese, eggs, pastries, vegetables, and much more. The views from the panoramic window are simply incredible. On my last night, I paid an extra €30 to upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. I highly recommend choosing a room with a jacuzzi, especially for couples."

"The Kimpton De Witt Hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming, my room was spotless, and the location was ideal — conveniently close to all the places I wanted to explore. The overall service was truly exceptional. If I return to Amsterdam, I would absolutely choose to stay here again. "

"The hotel is a bit far from Amsterdam City Center but if you are looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay by the water and has comfortable beds (which is a rarity in the area I’ve found), this is a great spot! The rooms were clean, the bathrooms decent size. My only complaint really was that there wasn’t an in-room coffee maker but that isn’t a deal breaker for me. It is about 20 minutes by bus to the city center. The hotel was an affordable option and frankly, if I hadn’t already booked another place I would’ve stayed a couple of extra nights. "
