"Nice hotel, not exactly huge but comfortable enough. The only problem was that we had 57,000 steep ass steps to get to our room the first up and down was novel the second up and down was painful. The third was tiresome. The fourth was treacherous and the last was undoable. Apparently they’re not allowed to have elevators in these older building. I think they need to hire somebody to carry you up if you’re in room 20. Beware if you booked this Del that you book a room on the lower floors...

"Location is great. Rooms are worn-out, dark and very dusty. However, the bathroom is spacious and clean. Service at breakfast is not professional. They were lots of customers during our stay each morning and the staffs at Bridges restaurant told us that they couldn't handle with the large number of people since there wasn't enough of them. Service was very slow and unorganised. Overall, I think the hotel services and standard doesn't match with the price tag."

"Staff at this hotel excelled at replying to my queries prior to my visit. They went out of their way to accommodate our request for early check. They provided great information when we asked. The room was neat and clean. We had plenty of space. The bathroom was also spacious. We loved the location. And that little gift at the end, so sweet!! Beth and Hankus"

"Overall is okay just the city tax is very very high. The room I book is on the top which under the roof without window so a bit awkward. As it show in the website as no-view but not mentioned that NO window. It should be mentioned as "No-Window" to make it clear! They dind't clean my room even put sign "Please make up room" I went out and came back in the evening then call to reception on this issue then the house-keeping come and clean within 5-6 mins that's it! But it's not clean with no clean...

"This should be a great hotel, but it is not well kept, managers are not responsive and house-keeping needs to be overhauled. Location, canal view, and hotel rooms layouts are great! We had two rooms for a week. Every day was an issue with housekeeping. There was no operating espresso machine and no refunds for 4 oz of hot milk at $4.50 euros a shot. Breakfast is overpriced and not interesting. Lobby carpet is stained and dirty. Managers offer a towel or coffee pod for in-room espresso...
