"Room was fine, breakfast was fine, front desk staff was fine, but I had a poor interaction with a member of the cleaning staff. We were heading back to our room while a member of the cleaning staff was cleaning a room. They had their cleaning cart and trash cans in the hall which is normal, the problem ..."
