"Beautiful modernized oasis with a secure courtyard with a swimming pool in the centre of Victoria Falls. The staff and management were very friendly and keen to get feedback. Large rooms with modern fixtures but traditional solid wood furniture. Lacks fridges and tv’s in the regular rooms but management is working on that. Like everything in Victoria Falls, it’s not inexpensive but worth it."

I’m a birder and managed to photograph more than 10 new bird species, separate from what I saw at the Falls. "This perfectly located hotel within walking distance of the Victoria Falls National Park has beautiful grounds (with antelope, baboons and, one night, a hippo), warm and helpful staff, delicious food and a beautiful pool. "I was super excited about staying at Liam's. The proximity to town was good and a safe walking distance. The pros are the staff, they are very accommodating and professional. The breakfast was good an they let you do modifications which allowed me to save food by only ordering what I wanted. I have crazy hot flashes so the fan next to the bed was a huge plus. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The cons are the air conditioning unit leaks very badly, hot water is scarce and I hate cold...
