Disappointing
My last stay here was good. Unfortunately this one was not so good. I booked a king & only 2 queen was available. One bed has pretty firm & one very soft. The bathroom floor was sticky and there was mold onthe shower caulking. Towels were grimy looking but bed Linens ok. I was disappointed because ...

Room was good and clean, check in is very slow. Booked on line through Expedia membership, all payment details are same and never have such slow process staying other places. Scan card twice ect. I have stayed here multiple times over past several months and always slow check in process
