The staff were nice and kind, with good coffee available in the morning. "The property managers are not good. They are not cleaning property and not changing bed sheets and not providing any clean service during our stay. They are just looking for money without providing service. Further, they want to give a bad condition property if you don’t ask."

"Photos show white sandy beaches. Not the case as it is in one of the top ten polluted cities in the world. However if you have kids, there are lots of playgrounds. There were sheets hanging outside on the balcony which hadn’t been put on the blankets and looked like someone has just done the dishes and left it out to dry. Toilet brush right next to the toilet, so you couldn’t reach for the toilet paper without brushing your hand up a dirty toilet brush. The aircon in the living room was...
