"This hotel was perfect for our early morning flight from Stansted. Parking was very easy and only a short walk to the terminal for our early morning flight. The staff were friendly. A continental breakfast bag was provided for us as we were leaving the hotel at 3.30am. Our 3 rooms were booked last minute and were actually all next to each other which is never guaranteed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided exactly what we needed. "

"Spent 2 nights at The Cricketers, had a lovely stay, our room was in The Pavilion annex, spacious room, lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean, comfy bed.
We ate both evenings at the pub, the food was wonderful and very tasty. Breakfast was great, with a very good choice. The lady doing the breakfast service was brilliant, so efficient and friendly.
Staff were very good, polite and helpful.
Very enjoyable stay, we will be back. "
"From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The room was comfortable & toiletries were provided. We had an evening meal there, and food was wonderful.
The staff and owner were first class, I'd definitely recommend staying there."
"This hotel is in a good location with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. It is a great value for money. The rooms are spacious and it was great to have iron, fan and hairdryer in the room. If there was aircon I would give it 5 stars in all areas. However it won't refrain me from returning. I will come back again. "
