"This is probably my favorite hotel in Italy. It’s close to the center with lots of shopping but on the other side of the hotel is a quiet spa like resort that overlooks the lake and mountains. The property grounds are incredibly beautiful and peaceful. There’s an adult pool, a family pool and an indoor pool. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff is incredibly polite and helpful and someone is constantly cleaning the hotel areas. If staying here, I would recommend booking the Superior room at...

The outdoor lounging areas were delightful - pool & spa area very clean and up to date. My daughter in law enjoyed a massage while there. She said it was fabulous! "Wonderful hotel run by wonderful people. This is the second time that I stay here: Last Summer they rented me a bike for free and I went all around Lake Iseo; this year they offered me a discounted ticket for the famous spa, which is the town’s main attraction. It was a pleasure to talk with the owner of the hotel and share stories with him. And it is always amazing to admire and taste the huge variety of cakes being offered for breakfast. "Fantastic location on the Piazza Novembre and harbour, just steps from the Torre Apponale, MAG Museum, Bastione di Riva, historic Hydroelectric plant and ferries. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were small, but recently renovated - clean and comfortable with new bathrooms and mini fridges. "
