"Customer service and the rooms are extremely organizing and clean"

"Great and clean place with amazing staff and breakfast"

"Some of the amenities for this hotel need attention, however where it falls short, the staff have done a great job with being helpful, cordial and always giving a smile. My wife and I especially thank the following staff for helping us to enjoy our stay.....Jacqueline, Lorna, Hadji and Eric."

"Great staff, well located, fridge and microwave in the room, safe on premises and a clean room"

"It was great that we're booked the hotel in advance as it is very difficulty while you are traveling without the accommodation planinng, good price good for the time, and save a lot of time. We will booking every step whie weare traveling."

"Terrible conditions...and roaches"

"Close to all the key places in city centre"

"Beautiful. Clean. Well worth the price. Hearty breakfast options"

"Room is very old, the wire is exposed, bathroom's door could not open wide due to small size, no any soap there"

"Bruser virker ikke ordentligt og vi havde lidt problemer med betalingen, de mente ikke de havde fået penge men de var trukket hos mig, det vidste sig at være den måde Hotels.com sender penge på. Hotellet er lidt dyrt i forhold til standen og hvad man får i forhold til andre hoteller i Dar."

"Enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Keneth and Modesto in helping us with options for our A/C problem. They went above and beyond. Unfortunately pool was off limits due to a private function, and we were only there 1 night. Room was lovely and in updated section."

"Decent hotel with clean amenities"

"The place/hotel to go if cleanliness is your priority. Buffet breakfast was great, with a fair amount of healthy choices. Location not the most ideal if you don’t like mingling or the hussle and bussle (kind of crowded area, with lots of all kinds of traffic). Morning loud speaker prayers (at least x3 from 4am to 6am) also kind of a nuisance ... no offence to our moslem brothers. Perfect if you're a people person who like to immerse in other people's cultures; lots of eating/shopping/socializing...

"Staff were great, hotel very clean. Perfect location"

"Amazing every year I come to Tanzania I stay here and it never disappoints it is amazing……"

"Die bestellung auf der gartenterrasse dauert extrem lange, wie bei jedem besuch"

"Bonne localisation en plein centre de Dar Es Salaam et prêt du ferry . Happy cool au bar terrasse Et personnel très accueillant et chaleureux"
