"Hotel was clean and spacious. All good except no one to allow you in when you just arrive, (so we were literally knocking doors and asking other guests to let us in at 12 in the night)or if you forgot your key your locked out for night or in our case they asked us to personally hand over special fob on final day ( our door key never opened with the key so we were given a special fob). At time of departure no one at reception."

"The rooms are fantastic: clean, well appointed. I wish they gave us more towels, you only get one per person. I also wish the towels were newer, they were not in the best shape. The neighborhood is quite with a few dining options around. Its about a block from the museum of terror and a 20 minute walk to st. Stephen's (which is the tourist center of Pest). The mentro is right outside. Breakfast is not included and will cost you $12, its not the best breakfast so we only tried it once. Next time...

We were in a junior suite which was an entry foyer, a large living /dining area with seating, a desk, a bar counter and full kitchen with cooking and serving utensils, a separate bedroom with a king bed, a good amount of storage and a safe, and a large bathroom with a walk in shower. "Great stay in Budapest. The 2-bed apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was a home from home. The showers were warm, beds comfortable. The only negative thing was that there was not enough glasses, cups, cutlery and kitchen utensils which made it difficult to use the kitchen as we would have liked. "My stay was fantastic - only 20mins taxi / train ride from Vienna Airport. Well connected to the city centre, whilst being in a quiet area of the city. Room was large, loved the kitchenette features and the balcony was a bonus. Hotel and room were both clean and comfortable and staff were really friendly! Overall, a great stay and i will be recommending to family and friends who wish to visit the beautiful city of Vienna."

"Great location! Near the train station and the cathedral. Walking distance to most of the major sites. Pedestrian street with lots of restaurants right around the corner. The drawbacks are no refrigerator or kettle in room and the shower is kind of open to the rest of the room. There is a curtain and it wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something to know. Breakfast was fine."
