Absolutely loved our stay at the Waldorf. Rooms are so spacious, modern, clean, and lux. Obsessed with the hotel grounds too and access to private beach club, lovely pool with a view. There were a few inconveniences but we loved our stay and the property/hotel staff. A couple issues came up: the valet lost our keys for an hour which freaked us out and the restaurant service was slow and they accidentally left some allergens in dishes that had to be sent back to get fixed. Also had fire alarms go off endlessly at 4 am but other than that we loved it.

A favorite destination of our which we have been visiting for years. I love the location and the amenities! The hotel could use a renovation-the public spaces are looking tired but you simply can’t beat having access to the beach club! Dinner at sunset is magic!

Absolutely incredible stay with our 1 year old. From the check in with Alex to the pool attendees and wait staff, it was incredible service and gorgeous resort. We ate at Bourbon Steak and Aveo the food was nothing less than exceptional. The beach club is one of a kind- Highly recommend!

The customer service was excellent, Russell at reception went above and beyond my expectations. Bourbon Steakhouse was delicious and a treat for the entire family.
