This is basic accommodation with no elevator. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The shampoo and body wash in the shower had pump tops which are easier to use than the squeeze bottles so many places use now. We didn't try the included breakfast but it didn't look like there was a lot of options.

Very nice hotel. Our room was recently updated, which was very nice. Only thing is our room lacked Kleenex and there was no ice machine on the property. They’re also remodeling the front desk area and dining area. It was going to be done in two days which will be very nice! We still were able to have breakfast; some hot items and cold items to take with us. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful!

The room and bathroom were clean. Bed linens and towels were soft and white. The water was hot, though pressure was just ok. Nice sink in room to get ready. The fridge was large and cold. My husband said the beds were too soft, but I like a softer bed and I thought they were fine. The HVAC wasn’t too loud and didn’t have a smell, which pleasantly surprised me. Waffles available for breakfast, coffee was ok. I would stay again. $150 on spring break when most others were booked or $225-$250, so the value was good.

The staff is absolutely wonderful - very kind, professional, and friendly! Room was very clean, great shower pressure (loved that!!!), very quiet and conveniently located! The staff was very accommodating as I needed to check in early, process was beyond simple!
