This was an end of the school year trip for me and my family! We had an amazing and relaxing experience. The scenery was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. The resort sits atop a mountain, surrounded by a beautiful golf course, and the views are spectacular. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The location is in close proximity to Chattanooga, good food, and sightseeing such as Rock City, Ruby Falls, hiking, and the Nat’l military park. It’s a short drive from most of the surrounding states. Very enjoyable trip!

The location is tremendous, incredible view! Pool and fireplace are perfectly placed. Room smelled stuffy and could use a comfortable chair. Only ‘pot’ coffee available and the breakfast buffet was average. No way around valet parking , but they did an excellent job.

Our family had the most wonderful stay at Cloudland at McLemore in Georgia. The property itself is absolutely stunning — from the beautifully designed spaces to the breathtaking views at every turn. It truly feels like a peaceful mountain escape. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had the best experience. It’s also incredibly kid-friendly, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free as a family. We loved everything about this resort — the amenities, the atmosphere, and the overall sense of relaxation it provided. Cloudland exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and meaningful getaway.

Amazing stay, close to awesome hikes. I was shocked with the service we received. They were there to serve with a smile on their face at any given moment. Views from the mountain view rooms were stunning.

While the room was clean and the staff was courteous, we did experience several issues that affected our stay. The bathroom fan was not working, we could hear doors slamming frequently, and the room was not in a quiet area. In addition, an alarm sensor was flashing intermittently, which was very disturbing and disrupted our sleep.

I had a great stay at this property! Staff was great and the property is beautiful. Only one con…I waited hours for breakfast to arrive and it never did after being told twice that it was on the way. However, I will not let that deter me from staying again. Already planning another trip in the spring.

Awesome staff.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Truck was parked in valet parking which was over a mile away, anytime I needed it. It was there within five minutes.

Cloudland Property and staff were very good. Will not book through Expedia in the future however. Nothing but stress and issues due to inaccuracies in booking at the start then those inaccuracies showed up again on the last day. Expedia’s part in the process was awful.

The property was great. We went for Fourth of July weekend. The weekend entertainment was well organized and the kids had a good time. Our 2 rooms when we arrived were not very clean and were missing towels. We did call and they delivered some very quickly. The cleanliness of the rooms after being serviced daily was definitely not great. We had an eye contact from I can only assume was the guest before us on the side table next to the bed dried up. It remained there all 3 nights we stayed which means no one was cleaning the side tables. We made sure the tables were free of items so that they would be cleaned but never were. The same went for the shower glass.
