"Tried to stay here .. first room given to us .. was never cleaned .. had to go down and get another room .. we had a truck and trailer and we could not get any parking near the hotel .. closest parking for us was 6 blocks away .. ended up not staying at the magnolia and got a different hotel .. and ..."

"The property is in a good location downtown. It is also clean but the staff is not really helpful and need hospitality training. The parking is expensive but secure. I would not stay here again, the Omni is right up the street and worth the value."
