"The hotel and staff were great, but the shuttle service was horrendous! They left us stranded for well over an hour and NEVER showed up nor contacted us (and it was only 8pm). I ended up paying for an Uber just to get from the airport. Don't stay here if you need to use the shuttle to the airport ..."
