"Staff was pleasant, hotel was quiet. It was a nice surprise to find bottled water and thin mints when we arrived."

"There was a nearby basketball tournament; check in took over an hour with only one overwhelmed desk attendant who was going the best she could with the onslaught of guests. Kids running everywhere, parents not caring until about 11:00, then just loud parents in the atrium. I would suggest getting a room over the pool which closes earlier. Staff was great, very attentive during breakfast too."

"Upon arrival the receptionist at the front desk didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She couldn’t find my reservation and kept getting my name wrong. We weren’t informed about breakfast, or what time it started. We also weren’t informed about the pool and the pool hours. The hotel itself is outdated but was clean. The breakfast was decent. They served a variety of options hot and cold. The hot tub was nice as well as the pool."

"Anna the hotel manager was so kind, careful and helpful! She did everything she could to make sure our stay was perfect. Rooms are super clean, kitchens are stocked! Breafkast was delicious and cookies/coffee/ hot chocolate are offered upon arrival!"
