Staff is super friendly. The beds were comfy. We stayed on the third floor and it was pretty quiet. Breakfast is good but I recommend buying the breakfast with Expedia. You will save $4 per a person.

This is a lovely hotel that is pet friendly. It was easy to take the dogs outside and well-lit. I definitely felt safe. The staff was very friendly as well. I definitely can recommend the Hilton Garden Inn in Eden Prairie!

Staff was helpful. However, someone programmed the alarm clock to go off at 4 AM & we couldn't seem to turn it off. When we returned the clock to the desk & told them we didn't want an alarm clock in the room, a maintenance person tried to put one back & it took some convincing to get him to leave with the clock. Also, the HVAC system took a long time to adjust the temperature. Also, no housekeeping on Thanksgiving & we had to pick up new towels at the desk. Several of the gym machines were non-functional & the printer in the business center also didn't work (although the staff helped with a work around). Just seemed a bit much for a hotel charging extra for breakfast.

Great front desk experience upon checkin, super clean and comfortable room. Only minus was the pillows which we didn’t find comfortable at all, but that’s personal preference. Overall great stay.

The bar and restaurant staff were excellent! Their kindness and hospitality was one of the best I have ever seen! I truly enjoyed myself! The downside is the property needed some work. Ice machine was broken on 2nd floor and noticed some work needed to be done internally.

The front desk Staff was nice. The room tho we noticed when we left there were ants in the bathroom and on the counter. My husband had ants in his shirt. And my son had ants in his pants that we noticed in the car.

Isabella at the front desk was so helpful with check In and check out. Also I left my Debit card behind by accident and Laurie mailed It to me. Lastly breakfast was so good with plenty of options. I recommend this hotel for sure!
