"Due to the exigency of a last-minute reservation, this establishment was selected as one of the few immediately available options. Regrettably, the hotel’s overall presentation suggests a significant lapse in maintenance standards. Observable deficiencies included a visibly damaged bicycle rack near the main entrance and the presence of scattered debris in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, the property's facilities appear to be in a state of disrepair, and the air quality within both the common areas and the individual guest accommodations was notably compromised by pervasive and unpleasant odors."
