From the very first moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the words “welcome home” – and that is exactly how it felt throughout all 10 days of our stay. The resort is large, beautiful, and very well maintained. Everything is clean and well taken care of, and you can really see the attention to detail. The housekeeping is excellent – both the rooms and the common areas are always spotless. The food was a big positive surprise. There is a wide selection of both food and drinks, and the restaurants are truly top-notch. The quality is high, and there is plenty of variation, so you never get bored. No matter your taste, there is something for everyone. The level of activities is also impressive. The animation team does an incredible job – they are energetic, friendly, and great at making everyone feel included. There is always something going on, and the atmosphere is both fun and relaxed at the same time. The staff deserves special praise. They are kind, professional, and helpful in every way. We unfortunately lost a gold bracelet during our stay, but the way it was handled was truly impressive. Everyone took it seriously, and it was handled with professionalism and care, which gave us great peace of mind. Overall, this was an experience where service, quality, and atmosphere come together perfectly. Meraki Resort Hurghada is a place we highly recommend – and we would love to return."

"The ocean view is ONLY available from your balcony, there is NO ocean view from inside your room, there are no clear windows from inside your room, the windows are patterned glass, do slide open but cold or bad weather would NOT slide open, this makes the room and design like being in a cave."

"Had 4 rooms, one furniture should be on a bonfire and shower needs demolished. One too far from reception despite asking in December for a close room due to poor mobility. One on ground floor had 10 air conditioning units attached to it, noise was dreadful. Staff amazing, place constantly cleaned, food good selection but mostly cold."

"The Luxor Hotel’s location is not in the main tourist area, you have to take a 15 min cab ride for 100 egp to get there. The area is local with some tourists and totally safe and friendly. The hotel is a 2 star, no kettle but a fridge in the room. Staff are friendly."
